@CoreyMuizelaar Sky guarantee tge speed to the hub so check the speed test results in the My Sky app service checker. Thry wont accept speed complaints for the first 2 weeks but if thst speed to the hub is really thst slow give them a call.

However if the speed to the hub is OK and you are running the test over wifi then the issue is likely to be poor wifi strength in hour home. WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout and type of construction in your home which is why Sky like every other isp only give very basic guarantees on WiFi speeds.
