Speed to hub dropped!

When installed about 3 months ago speed was between 12 to 16 mb, now I only get between 2 & 3 mb.

Engineer fitted new connection box & reset system, but no better!! Help!!

@Tagen Are you on an old ADSL connection far away from the exchange!, also which sky hub are you using!

On ADSL useing Hub supplied by Sky.

But of a distance from cabinet, but do not understand how a few weeks ago I was getting Up to 16mb, now lucky to get 3mbps & engineer came this morning a found no faults!
