Speed slowed down full fiber
When joined was getting 75mbp for first month. Now second month noticeably slower 20-40 when tested over several weeks. Is there a procedure for sky to look at it. Tested with ookla speed test. On. 75mb full fibre now.

@Digitaldai if you are running the test on a device connected to the hub by WiFi. The issue is most likely poor wifi signal in your home as low downs on full fibre services are very rare. You can check the speed test results Sky run in the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the intial result you will see the history for tge last few weeks.
WiFi speeds do vary to getcreliable speedtest in your home use a device connected by ethernet and make sure nothing else is running.
