Sorry, we're having technical difficulties

Can anyone tell me how to get past this when trying to sign up to a Sky broadband package? I have an account but haven't had broadband in a very long time. I went through MSE which has a £95 giftcard reward with it so I don't want to do the order by phone as I don't believe they will honour it.

If you left Sky more than a year ago then you can not use that account to sign up to Sky again with as that will have been closed after you left so you need to start again as a new customer. If you want to use the same email address then you need to remove it from your old account first and after doing this make sure you are logged out of it.
