New wifi

Hi, we've set up our new hub but the WiFi isn't very strong in the house. It's not supporting the tv in the back room which the old one always did and we've got an extender and that's not picking the WiFi signal and it's not moved!

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@Clare78  Your duplicate thread you created asking the same question has been removed as you've received a reply to this one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
