New wifi
Hi, we've set up our new hub but the WiFi isn't very strong in the house. It's not supporting the tv in the back room which the old one always did and we've got an extender and that's not picking the WiFi signal and it's not moved!

Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
