Someone tryed to Hack my Microsoft Account

Hey, someone tryed to Hack my Microsoft Account by an IP which is linked to Sky UK limited, the IP is [Removed] and as an Whois Requests says owned by [Removed], so I want you Guys to investigate it.

Also you should be aware you're not contacting Sky customer services, nor will they start an investigation on the back of a community post.

 

Have you taken it up with Microsoft as your service is with them?  What have they advised?  Hackers can notmally only gain access to such services due to either poor security and/or weak passwords.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Realistically there's negligible chance any ISP would 'investigate' such an occurrence unless ordered to produce evidence by a court or a law enforcement agency.
