Some devices wont connect
Some devices in my house wont connect. I need my ring doorbell for safety

@Dionneowen devices like video doorbells are often difficult to connect simply because they do not get sufficent signal from the Sky hub as they are the wrong dide of an external wall. In many homes especially older buildings you need more than a single Sky hub to get usable WiFi in every room let alone outside it.
If that is your issue then you can either pay monthly for Sky's WiFi Max bundle (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) which can get you up,to 3 WiFinextenders or buy your own WiFi equipment.
