Awful signal
My broadband has been ok for a short while but not great and now I can't even get a signal on my phone, I've reset, tested on the app etc and nothing is working. I'm really fed up paying £30 per month and also having to sometimes pay data or watch how much I'm using as I'm rarely getting a Sky signal. If I can leave my contract I would like to do this as feel like I've tried everything. An engineer has been out, we've tried booster plugs but we just continue to get a really poor service and I can't keep paying for this. I work from home and this is impacting teams calls etc

Re: Awful signal
@Lynseyfi if you are in the contractual fixed term the only way you can avoid being charged a cancellation charge after the first 31 days is if Sky or the independent arbitor agree to wave it. You need to make a formal complaint thst despite giving Sky a reasonsble chance to sort the issue the service is still useless. Sky have 6 weeks to reply if they don't sgree to wave their contract rights or simply don't reply you can take your complaint to CISAS who act as an independent aribitor under Sky's Ofcom approved complaints system
