BT landline getting disconnected

Has anyone had BT disconnect your Broadband?

BT are a rival ISP to Sky so unless you have signed up to them then they would disconnect your line so can you explain what has happened ?

@iohara I think you mean Openreach line rather than BT. Openreach own and operate the cables Sky use to deliver broadband to the vast majority of their customers. They are part of the BT group but operate totally separately. 

There are mutiple reasons why your line maybe disconnected without knowing the history it is impossible to comment. Disconnections can happensin error. Openreach are moving from delivering services over the copper phone wiring to full fibre lines. At some point the copper network will be decommissioned but as yet outside a very few exchanges that is not happening as yet.
