Smart scale not connecting
Looking to set up my eufy smart scale but the connection doesn't work ? I don't know how to fix this and I want it sorted thanks

Sky won't 'sort' that for you.
As a start, do you have a black or a white Sky Hub?

I know they won't sort it, I just want it work, I have the white hub I think though I'm not sure. How do you tell? It is white but I didn't get the wifi put in my dad did.

@Aj14Boo Eufy scales appeaar to use the 2.4GHz wifi band but may not connect to the dualband WiFi SSID the Sky hub like 99% of modern router produces to allow for them to offer higher speeds. The workround is for the account holder (your father?) to log into the My Sky app find the hub's advanced settings in product settings section and open the link to disable the WiFi and temporarily turn off the 5GHz band. While that is off connect the scale using the app once connected turn the 5GHz band back in and the scale should stay connected.
