No network connection to my tv

I have no network connection to my tv   I have three green lights on my tauter , but only two on my boost box , the connect light is not on.

i have followed all the procedure to re establish connection as suggested on your site but this still does not correct the issue .

@Ac36 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If the booster has lost connection to the hub devices using that connection wil also losecthe connection. Try moving the booster closer to the hub as to work it needsxaxstrong connection so should never be more than halfway between the hub and where you need the boost.

 

If you get stuck call Sky but note if you have changed your Sky hub old boosters wont normally work and will need replacing
