Smart devices and ring door bell keep going offline

I have a number of smart plugs, light switches and a ring door bell (connected through a Ring Chime Pro) and they have been set up and running for months but over the last couple of days they keep going off line, if I unplug the hub and plug it back in some do reconnect but 2 hours later will be offline again. I am not the most technically minded but any ideas will need to be basic!!🥺

Also please tell us if there has been any changes to the network in your home or any local condition changes?

No changes. 
I have called sky and they can not find anything wrong so sending out an engineer. He has 4 minutes to get here before he is late 🤣

Your stats show a major line fault so you need an Openreach engineet to attend. Hopefully they turn up

Sky engineer came out, changed my hub, master socket and cable and all seems sorted. Even gave me a WiFi booster for upstairs. Appears the access points I have (ubiquiti) don't play very well with Sky equipment. 🤷🏼‍
