I've had 2 engineers out to fix this in the mean time I have to keep putting up with the broadband dropping in and out! Everything in my house is on the internet! To home security to work to TV 

terrible service!!

If the issue is intermittent it can be very difficult to find unless its present when the engineer runs the test.
