Smart Bulb connection

The instructions say I need 2.4GHz not 5GHz. Which do I have?

By default all current Sky Hub models broadcast the same SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously: this causes issues with some client devices.

One tip is to temporarily disable the 5Ghz band before running through the device setup procedure.

If it's a white Hub, that's done in the My Sky app.

Black Hub models are administered through their onboard browser interface.

Assuming that I have no technical skills at all.  What or where is the 'onboard browser interface'?
