Broadband speed

Hi my Sky broadband was installed today and now 5 hours later I've run a Wi-Fi speed test using the Sky app. It shows my download speed as 53.27 Mbps. Is this correct as the package was advertised as 400 Mbps? Please advise.

It's 400Mbs delivered to the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, not WiFi from it.
