Slow wifi

Hi,

 

The Wi-Fi on my TV is awful and makes all steaming channels fuzzy and awful quality and tends to freeze a lot.

 

The Wi-Fi on our phones is extremely slow and we usually don't use it as it's too slow.

 

Can you please help to resolve this issue?
