Slow wifi speed

Wi-Fi speed on Fast Speed is 36mbps daily.

My contact states if it's below 54.5 for 3 consecutive days I can exit my account.

Therefore you're service has not improved over the past 12 months, I would like to give notice I wish to terminate my account with you and seek compensation. Please notice this does not affect your legal rights.

My Wi-Fi speed for the past year has been very slow.

Had engineers around last week 

Speed daily 36Mbps.

Contract stated if below 54.5 I can exit without penalty.

Therefore I would like to claim compensation for the poor service over the past year and terminate my contract with Sky and seek better service elsewhere.

Important to note that Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed and the right to exit associated with it relates to cabled speed at the router, not WiFi speed.
