No WiFi in my property and the whole town and surrounding areas. Been told there is not a problem but there obviously is. My equipment is fine and working properly. I work from home so I need this sorted as a priority.

Unfortunately WFH brings no additional priority: the standard Openreach two working day target time to fix applies.
