Slow wife and wired download speed

When downloading games.and updates wired and wireless.on xbox series x getting 250 mb at the most, should be way higher, last service provder used to get 2gb speeds even on wife, need this looking intonor be looking to cancel

@Tommy80__ What package and connection are you on with sky? To get 2Gb/s you would require to be on the Gigafast+ as the minimum?

Really?  2Gbs WiFi would require WiFi 7 hardware which is still extremely rare, plus a broadband speed which the vast majority of ISPs cannot offer.
