Hoping someone can assist.
We moved from superfast broadband on 16th Feb, so 4 days ago. We have the Sky Broadband router ( which we have been using since Sept, as that's how long the full fibre install has been delayed, but that's another story)!!
I'm aware it's to be expected that speed will not yet be optimal i.e. broadband stability period However our d/l speed is in the 20 mb/s range which is actually slower than we had with Superfast (mid 30s range). Is this to be expected or is it pointing to a potential issue?

No, that's not expected at all, and the 'training period' for broadband is really only applicable for FTTC.
Which Ultrafast product are you on, and how are you testing the speed?
