Broadband is connected but internet keeps dropping off but I can get on wifi using another provider. This seems to be happening a lot lately 🤷♀️

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Clarem74 Are you running the broadband test when the issue is happening or when it is good. This test can be run on mobile data to find the fault your broadband does not need to be up and running.

I was trying to run tests whilst it was down but it takes ages on mobile data. It's possibly due to network??
