Slow everything
circkes going round and round sometimes for minutes
pixelation of pictures occasionally
considering what I am paying, I expect better

Find out more@CaroleAT there are several possible causes by far the most likely is poor wifi signal to whatever device you are using to stream TV - you can check forcthst by running the Network test in the Get Help menu in tge Netflx app. If the conection is poor you need somecform of booster or to use an Ethernet cable.
If you can exclude that then it could be slow broadband to your hub which is possible but far less likely. Run the service checker in the My Sky app and click on the broadband link to see the current speed if its lower than the guranteed speed the app should offer to sendcan engineer or give further information.
