Slow speeds

For the last few days my upload speed has been 94 and download 47 approx. I've got the 500 package and it's becoming a waste of time.

@An36 speddtests show tge slowest art of the connection which is normally the WiFi link in your home. Sky tests the speed to your hub daily you can find the results for the last three weeks in the Service Checker in the My Sjy app or website. Slow WiFi is very common.
