Openreach is attempting to carry out 80,000+ new FTTP installations every week though this year to meet the national rollout target: on that scale it's unfortunately inevitable that some individual addresses run into issues.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
