Slow speeds

Only getting 20mbps when it's guaranteed 75mbps with a ping on 118 checked various speed checks and they all range between 18 and 20. I've restarted my router but had no joy

@Jake47 if you have a black hub please post your hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Sky guarantee speeds to the hub not to the device. WiFi speeds in your home are not guaranteed as therecare too many variables around the layout and type of construction of your home Sky cannot control.
