My Sky app does not show present broadband speed or speeds over the last 30 days
I have posted several times about this issue which has still not been resolved. I would like a Sky representative to get involved if possible.

@white-cross you are notvtalking to Sky by pisting in the forum if you want their support call them. If the online tests are not working check you arexsigning in with the correct id. If you have a black hub and a copper connection then the hub's stars will show your connection speed Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

@Chrisee I have full fibre gigafast. Could this, as you suggest, be why the information is not showing on the My Sky app.?
Also, I know that these conversations are monitored by Sky. That's wgphat I meant

@white-cross the speed results are meant as a guide. In practice with full fibre there is no appreciable loss of speed between the server and your hub. There is a theoretical issue with contention but in practicecthat is very rare. No idea why your speeds are not showing.
The Skystaff who monitor posts report on trends and dont get involved in threads directly.
