Slow speeds

Can you tell me why my connection is so slow? Last couple of days, i have noticed browsing is sluggish and streaming is choppy.  I have tried restarting router.Capture.PNG

@Doodberry Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

What speed does this show when you click on " Tell me more about my connection " what speeds are you supposed to get between and what is your minimum speed.

Can you run tests on your my sky app and post the info in more about your connection

@DoodberryFrom your post and you saying you normally get 27 down and 5 up, that is what your router stats are showing. On the broadband test, what happens if you like on the amber warning, does this give you any information?

The fact that you are getting a warning justifies you calling sky and ask them to do a line test and  see if they can find a fault

It dose a test then takes me through steps to see which mastersocket i have and to check cables are all connected.

@DoodberryThis is the same as everyone seems to get no matter the time of year or weather that has happened, would seem it is some cop out from Sky.
