Can you tell me why my connection is so slow? Last couple of days, i have noticed browsing is sluggish and streaming is choppy. I have tried restarting router.

What speed does this show when you click on " Tell me more about my connection " what speeds are you supposed to get between and what is your minimum speed.

I usually get around 27 down and 5 up

The fact that you are getting a warning justifies you calling sky and ask them to do a line test and see if they can find a fault

It dose a test then takes me through steps to see which mastersocket i have and to check cables are all connected.

This has just displayedI havent had any bad weather. Oh well, at least it looks like they are aware.
