We reported ab issue over a week ago. Our Internet went off. Apparently vergin are installing new cables in our area and have cut through the wire to our property.
That is what the openreach engineer told us when he came out the next day. He managed to get it back up and running but only to 20%. He said someone else will be out to fix the problem in a couple off days.
It's been 9 days and nothing has been done.

No I can't find a way to contact them on the site. It's all automated services or troubleshooting how to fix the problem.
Then at the end it says I'm getting low speed and can leave sky at any time
