Slow speed to the hub

Hello 

I spoke to someone on Monday about my internet, and it seemed to have sorted itself and was working but not to the speeds it should be. I was asked to do a test over the next couple of days to see if thing improved and to report back but I seem to have lost the conversation. I've done a test on each of the last two days and every is saying good except the speed to the hub which is saying poor it's averaging 8.6mbs when it should be 36 mbs, so it is a very big drop from what it should be.

It's the black one, we have had it about 4 and a half years.
