Why is getting help so hard - broadband hub
My broadband hub has suddenly died. I followed all the instructions to fix it online, multiple times. This is because when I get to the 'book an engineer' page it shows an error message when I try to choose a date.
live chat is unavailable, and the bot sends me here. I just want to use my broadband! Submitted a complaint I'm that annoyed.

You were doing it right, trying to book an engineer. The error message isn't a planned function.

Re: Why is getting help so hard - broadband hub
Hi I hope you have better luck with your complaint than me , I submitted one last year and 3 days ago both times I got an e-mail saying complaint received ( do not reply ) then 2 days later I get an e-mail AND text (NO MISSED CALLS) Sayng unable to contact you call customer service. In my opinion they don't act on the complaint they just wait 2 days and send text and e-mail with no attempt yo call you , no missed calls is proof they never , as I say good luck.
