Slow speed playstation

When running a test on my son’s PlayStation 5 it states it is receiving 1-10 mbps.  We have the ultra broadband package so unsure why this is. Can someone help?

Thats probably why then. WiFi speeds can fluctuate massively depending on conditions & distance. Additionally the WiFi antennas in the PS5 are not that good. I would recommend you use ethernet for any sort of gaming device, you may want to look at powerline adapters if direct ethernet isnt an option.

Thank you.  Just thought it was odd as I'm getting over 100mbps on my phone.
