I'm in Exeter and as of the writing of this post my internet speed has not gone above 4megabis per second (way below my minimum guaranteed 61) and its constantly cutting off, this has been going on all morning its now midday. I work from home and basically I cannot work.
Ofc using the service checker on SKY website tells me everything is fine...well it's not.

We've had confirmation to say that the issue was resolved.
If you continue to have problems, I'd recommend resetting your hub.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

Yes I'm in Exeter and having the same issue but Sky are saying there are no issues! Saying it's our end but that's clearly not the case!

I'm going to try phoning them ... they will probably do a line check, tell me everything is fine and that it's my problem!

Yes, me too - I'm in Exeter and have the exact same issue.

anyone else called them? I did and they told me it's a fault on my line (which I don't believe, unless it's a BIG coincidence) and they are sending someone to check it in the morning ...
