Slow/no connection

Hello, 

for the last two days, my broadband won't connect to the internet. I've tried all the online ways, "turn it on/off" service checker. Still either "flashing amber/ or no light at all." I need the internet for work. I have nothing next to my router or anything. So I don't know what the problem is. 
 I've uploaded a picture for people too understand.

@KendalB The service checker does not indicate if it's an known area fault. Where are you located? Essex wher having issues over the last couple off day's but that got established by sky i think....

@KendalB So you are aware Dec 2025 your Sky Q becomes obsoleted as no longer supported as a security issue, so watch out for letter/e-mail when to get it changed from sky....

Portsmouth is showing area fault but not saying who or what!

@KendalB Have a read at the link. As you posted the picture giving you the heads up, all explained by sky, and you get a free replacement to the sky broadband hub....
