Slow loading Pixel 10

I have had Sky broadband over a month now and am still having problems using my Pixel 10 pro Xl.

Sometimes it takes so long to load, it times out.

Done all the changing the DNS, powering down for a hour etc, the whole lot.

Having to use my mobile data to ensure I get calls as the WiFi is so bad I'm missing calls

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet > tap the Gear icon next to your Sky Wi-Fi network. Look for Privacy in the phone settings and switch it from "Use randomised MAC" to "Use device MAC".

Re: Slow loading Pixel 10

To add, I work from home and never have any issues with connection for that.

Only my phone

Other things to try in order until you hopefully have success:-

Change the WiFi Security Level from WPA3 or WPA3-T down to WPA2 within the MySky app.

Whilst in the app, turn off the Sky broadband Shield.

Disable "Adaptive Connectivity" on your Pixel. Open Settings on your phone. Tap Network & internet > Adaptive connectivity > turn off

Re: Slow loading Pixel 10

Still no

TV not even loading properly tonight. Not too impressed with this supposed 'Ultra Fast'.

All very well you've got 900 to the hub when it won't transmit to devices properly, making them unusable at times

I'm sat about 50 feet from the hub

You started off with it's only your phone?

Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot, hopefully a channel rescan will find a less congested wifi channel.

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
