@Patricia46 you can check the speed to your hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app as thst tests thecspeed daily. If that is low then thecapp should offer help.

 

If however that loooks OK the issue iis likely to be poor wifi signal in your home which isnt something Sky can control as the layout of your home and how it is built are the mmain faxtors affecting speed. If your wifi is slow you may need an extender.
