I'm only getting one bar on my Internet it's so file yo connect. I've done all the starting and restarting as described but I never get more than one bar, took 30 mins to connect to discovery + last night !!!!

I have the latest hub, and it's my phone that indicates the signal, I even get
You are offline
It looks like there is a problem with your network connection. Please check your network status and try again. When the system check says every thing is working

@Dee2304 What is the hub that you have, and when you say that you only have one bar is that on all devices indicating the same or you only have the one device that can show you the signal strength?

@Dee2304 If you have run all the test's and it does not find anything wrong, then call sky and have them run the diagnostic from there side!

@margarte Existing fault and not working as you would expect the best to go down the same route you did before. Can happen that first time fix is just not there especially on an awkward fault, but at least sky will have some idea and possible Engineer report. You dont say what and the Forum does not Know!

@Alanna009 If that is the case, then you need to go about it the way you first did assuming you contacted sky direct! Fixes may take more that one visit!

I have skyQ multi room I find talking to sky very stressful, they have me doing all the test repeatedly from one room to another, I have difficulty getting around so it puts me off contacting them.
I only have one bar on my phone and iPad, somethings don't work as it sometimes says no Internet connection. I go out of my house to the garden and WiFi goes off. I have everything with Sky including phones.

Hi. Our internet is working very slowly, keeps pausing or cutting out. Could this be because my router is 6 years old? Do I need an upgrade? It's very frustrating! Thanks. Sally

@SallyDL There is a possiblity with the age but they do run for years and years, you more than likely have the black Sky Broadband Hub, SR203 unit, take a look at the link below and it includes the light sequence so say what you are getting on the Hub....
The connection if to a copper OR Master socket or an older ADSL filter is also something to suspect, lets cross the bridge once you have looked.
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

We've run a test on our internet speed and it' keeps showing 60 the. Down to 10 then 20 and 40. It's not the speed we are meant to be paying for
