Slow internet

Hi. I am having big issues with my broadband. I have done the check on the app and it says all ok. The internet is so slow i cannot work from home. Also, my bill came in at £86 whereas its normally in the 40s

Have discounts ended, have you made any changes, what does the breakdown of your bill show?
