Slow internet

I am having very slow WiFi where I just switch off and use my mobile data. I am trying to set up a new samsung tablet and it won't allow me as the Internet signal is poor. I am sat right next to it. I've reset the box Ran speed tests Checked issues and everything says its okay but it's not
