Ps5 unable to connect due to poor signal. Customer for 17 years. Router and ps5 in same place. Issue

Ps5 wont connect to wifi. Signal too weak. Manage to force it to connect to 5hgz yesterday. Lived in same house with broadband for 17 years. Router in same place. Ps5 in same place. Will habe to leave skyy if continues. Any advice pls?

Just because you have lived in the same house for 17 years and you havent changed the location of things that does not mean external factors that affect WiFi have not changed. For example changes in your neighbours WiFi routers, appliances, devices etc. 

 

Have you tried running through the WiFi troubleshooting steps here?

Also which Sky router do you have?
