My sky booster wont connect to wifi. Ive had a replacement sent but that doesnt work either.

Booster wont connect .Sky sent me a replacement but that doesnt work either.  Ive moved it nearer, tried resetting it and the hub.  Phoned sky help, theyre not able to help so I'm stuck.  The hub is working fine and all other items connected to it are working well.  Would a std wifi booster from Amazon for example work,  If the sjy one wont ?  Any suggestions please

Does your booster have an ethernet port on it? If so have you tried temporarily connecting it to ethernet so it can pair?
