I've been with sky for 11 days now and I'm not convinced that the speed it says is delivering is correct. The Internet seems to glitch and is slow with delays. For example ring doorcam is taking 3 minutes to actually appear on our phones when it used to be instant. 1 hour predicted download time for Xbox when it used to be within minutes. Taking longer to load pages on apps and Internet. What should we do? We've only just joined and im ready to leave!
Is it a broadband speed/connection issue or a wifi issue? What does the MySky app say the speed to the hub is?
If it's more a wifi issue have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
