Slow internet

I had sky broadband and Sky stream installed back in July.   I am having constant drop in speed. I have sky broadband super fast 35.  Engineers have been twice. Seemso the issue is in the street.  Today they called me to say it had been fixed.  Well guess what it had NOT been fixed. Still a drop in speed unable to watch Sky stream. I have raised this and getting now where!

@Jonathan104 You need to call again and advise that the fault has still not been fixed, but it does take 24hours for the service to return to where is was pre-fault condition!
