Slow internet speed

There are a number of connected devices in my house that are running slow or not at all. The sky internet speed test is constantly showing 62.3mbs download whereas my 2 independently apps (PC & Phone) are showing approx 21-30mbs download. 

I have disconnected and reset the whole house with no luck.

How are your devicrs connecting to the router?

The PC is ethernet and the phone is WiFi, both showing significantly less on independent apps than the sky website. 

Most of my other devices, tv, xbox, Bose speakers are all either running slow or not at all. I've powered cycled, disconnected and restarted everything with no luck.

If you post your router stats then we'll know what is arriving at the router speed wise. There's a link on the previous page. 👍

When logged into the sky website it says 62.3mb/s download speed.

My phone and PC are around 17-20mb/s download speed from a seperate app.
