Slow internet connection loss

Contant slow connection n loss of internet I pay for fast internet and not receiving what I pay for

@Amywi Sky test thecspeed of the connection from thecexchange to your hub daily and yiubcan see the results in the service checker in the My Sky app - if you click bybthe last result itvwill show thecspeedscfor the last 21 days and the guarantteedcspeed to your hub. If thecapp detects an issue it should offer further help.

 

If thosectestsxare as they should be then the issue is likely to be WiFi speeds in your home which isnt something Sky can control directly as thesecdepends onnthe layout and type of construction of the property.

@Amywi Best you go have a look at the service checker on your account, expand the broadband > and see the history as sky checks daily the condition and the speed to your Sky Hub, that page will have the Last 30 day's of history stored for your connection. Link below to get you started. This is the information that sky use from them to you!
