Programmes won’t load

Hi, I'm trying to load a sky channel and it just says please wait for your programme to load and then comes up with a technical fault and says please try later on all channels.  How do I fix this?

@CarlyBull  Which Sky TV service does the relate to, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
