Slow internet 30mb/s

Had no phone line or internet for two days now been fixed but only getting 30mb/s when guaranteed at least 60mb/s

@Gef3 Used to be a 24hr period before it all springs back into life from the Sky end, not sure if it is still the same...

It's back up to 71mb/s now but I noticed on the average speed for last month sky have missed out the days it was slow so the average still looks good which is misleading at best

@Gef3 That is what can happen and when on a copper circuit for fttc, Sky check once per day, mine happens to be at 8.41pm every day where they take a look see grab the speed, they will never inform you but you can look back to see what is going on and if you suspect a fault. Glad the DSLAM reset has worked out at least you know now if it happens to give it 24 hours.

Worst thing to do is keep switching off/on the router, it can force the system to think there is a fault that then forces speed down to try and get stability on a copper line.
