Slow, intermittent service…

Hi, 

 

For the last two weeks, the internet has really struggled, especially when dialling in on team calls. It’s a two bedroom house, and the broadband is in the front room downstairs, my desk is directly in the room above, yet there’s poor connection. I’m also losing connection while walking to the rear of the house and in the garden.

Hmm, so the only way I am expected to receive good coverage and a somewhat decent service from Sky is if I upgrade my already extortionate monthly payment. —I somehow think not, I will ensure that Sky exhausts all its resources fixing the problem. Thanks for the upsell, but no thanks.

@DixonUK Unless you are unlucky and have developed a fault condition, but your post did not include any usefull detail to throw much against it apart from what looked like poor wireless wi-fi signal!
