Joined Sky broadband on 5th November, the router has been flashing green longer then solid white since activation date on 5th November and today 18th December. Had a new router, Openreach engineer visit, nothing fix's it every week I loose service. Absolutely shocking service and trying to get hold of anyone at Sky to take ownership is like trying to find rocking horse **bleep**!!! Anyone got any advice or do I switch providers and move to a company that can provide a reliable broadband service?
