Slow flashing green light sky max hub

Slow green flashing light no internet this is the third time the last two it came back on its own. Have switched it off checked the cables and sockets but not coming back on this time. Open reached been twice and sky once but found nothing.

@Davidharrydad Here is the link below at least about the lights for you hub, does have a test also but your fault could just be anything.

Same problem here. Are you based in the UK? I guess it is a regional problem given the five discussions about the lose of WiFi/blinking green light. The diagnostic test says there is no known outrage but I personally do not believe them. Will give a call.

@dhsbbs_ That is the problem, sky may not even know off an area problem until they get informed by either loads off customers complaining from a postal area then they can flag it up.

The broadband came on again for a few hours and off again, not heard from open reach yet now on our 4th day. Open reach have been out twice and checked wire, am beginning to think it's the sky max hub?

@Davidharrydad That's the hard part with the Sky Max hub, just so hard to get any useful infornation from it to what/where/why, and yes new hub is the only way for you to go, same fault then more than likely not hub issue!

And sky's blurb does not help at all to pin-point as from below.

Been with sky over 10 years never had a issue with the old router? We moved in November and its been down 4 times now just had solar panels fitted that all works of broadband am a bit of a loss of what to do now am using up all my phone data now?

@Davidharrydad The norm old trick was to switch the hub off for an hour, let it re-path itself via a different server, have you ever tried that!

@Davidharrydad When you post back after you have tried information that you pass on is off the most importance, Sky Max hub now with a few pod's connected on a sky FF900 connection but with a few issue's etc, as per. Jim
